With various alloys (6063, 6061, 6060, 6005, 6085, 7075, etc.), the aluminum extrusion processing capacity of our company reach to 60,000 tons per year. Our finishes including mill finish, powder coating, anodizing(golden color) , electrophoresis, PVDF (Fluoride and Carbon), thermal insulation, wood pattern, mechanical polished, etc.
These aluminum extrusions are mainly applied for windows, doors, curtain walls, fencing system, transportation, architecture, trackways, glasshouses, heat sinks, and electronics etc.
We have our own R&D Dept. and Die Dept which can produce more than 1500 sets of new moulds per month. Moreover we can make fine stamping, milling, sawing and drilling according to customers' requirements.
